Welcome to the Dragons Golf Club!
The Dragons Golf Club is an NCGA associate club and a member club of the Federation of Chinese Golf Clubs for Asian-American professionals and our friends in the San Francisco Bay Area. Our members are passionate about the game of golf and we particularly cherish the camaraderie when we gather for our tournaments, dinners and road trips.
The Dragons are not based at any particular course -- instead we venture all over the Bay Area and beyond for different challenges. We play monthly during the prime of the season and exclusively on the finer daily fee and resort courses of Northern California, with additional opportunities to travel and compete at the 36-hole invitational tournaments of the Federation and the regional match play events against our rival Federation clubs. Our members are further encouraged to participate in all of the NCGA Associate Club individual and team championships. Your achievements in each of the aforementioned types of tournaments will be rewarded with points toward the Dragon Cup, our season-long points race and club championship.
Our 2012 schedule is posted on the Tournaments page and over at our private group page at Facebook, where members network and stay in touch year-round. The News pages updated regularly with club tournament results and the Dragon Cup points list. In 2011, we competed in Invitationals held in Los Angeles, Reno, and Seattle.
In 2012, we will be traveling to Federation invitationals in Tuscon, Sacramento and Vancouver, and gathering in Lake Tahoe in the summer for our annual intra-club team match championship.
